Deleting an account in your personal account on the website is done on the “Settings” page on the “Personal Account” tab. To delete your account, you must click the "Delete account" button.

Deleting an account in the mobile application of a doctor or patient is done on the “Profile Settings” page. To delete your account, you must click the "Delete account" button.

When account is deleted, the user and all user examinations are archived for 3 months. After 3 months, the user account is completely deleted. If within 3 months the user changes his mind and decides to restore his account, then to restore the account he must write a letter to our technical support support@kardi.ru.
